Warranty text: "12-MONTH WARRANTY AGREEMENT":

Thank you for using our products. This Warranty Agreement is valid exclusively for ISMOD II Plus, in the duration of 12 months from the date of the product purchase. If there is any problem with the quality of the product during the warranty period, we will be happy to repair or replace it with a new product, at our discretion.

REPAIRS COVERAGE:

If the product breaks down or is damaged during the warranty period, after being used in accordance with the instructions, we will offer a free repair service or free replacement of the product.

REPLACEMENT:

To get a new product in exchange, during the warranty period, please provide the warranty card and the fiscal invoice (point of sale, product model, date of purchase, fiscal invoice, etc.) and contact the after-sales service. If the product breaks down or is damaged during the warranty period, we will offer a free repair service or free replacement of the product.

THIS REPAIR AGREEMENT DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purchase without a warranty certificate and a fiscal invoice.

2. Incomplete documentation (point of sale, product model, date of purchase, fiscal invoice, etc.).

3. Product ageing due to normal use.

4. The warranty does not cover the heating bolt.

5. Surface damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect product performance.

6. Product malfunction caused by non-compliance with the user manual.

7. Improper use, including water damage, disassembly, etc.

8. Failure or damage to the purchased product caused by excessive force (e.g. the device falling on the ground).

9. Devices that have been tampered with or contain other features, added to your will, will not be accepted for repair.

10. Damage caused by fire, flood, overvoltage or other natural disasters.

11. If a malfunction or damage occurs during the warranty period, but you want to replace it after the warranty period expires.

12. Defect and damage after the warranty period.
