Rules for registration of interested potential and existing consumers
The purpose of these Registration Rules is to explain the basic rules and principles of registration on our website and the legal relationship that arises from it. The registration rules are drafted in Montenegrin and English. In case of disagreement, the Montenegrin version prevails, bearing in mind that this website is primarily intended for the registration of existing and potential consumers on the territory of Montenegro.
The products offered on our website are electronic devices for the use of non-combusted tobacco products and non-combusted tobacco products. We must legally ensure that we do not contact persons under the age of 18. We therefore require verification of your age when you visit our website and check the age during the registration process, as well as later when selling the product.
We do not communicate or sell products to persons under the age of 18.
If you are under the age of 18 and you register, your registration will be cancelled as soon as we become aware of this fact.
We use our website exclusively to establish contact between you as an interested adult potential consumer and the sellers of the ISMOD devices.
By entering the data and sending the registration form, you affirm and give your consent to be contacted by a third party – a seller of the ISMOD devices and your immediate acquaintance with the product features.
Registration is not required. The rights and obligations between you and the seller of the device only arise if you decide to buy certain products.
